DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery -
Shipping is Calculated at checkout based on weight and size of products, typically allowing for 3 x 5L to be sent under 1 postage charge.
We do not make any money on shipping, But still use fast and reliable couriers ( usually DHL) ensuring your order gets to you safe and In good time. This does however mean that delivery charges can sometimes be expensive. Typically 7.50 for 3x 5 Litres or 1 x 25 Litre.
Dispatch -
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day and same working day wherever possible, this fast order fulfilment along with DHL next day delivery service means parcels will usually arrive between 0-2 working days keeping you and your business running smoothly.

if you experience any issues with your order, such as damage or missing items please contact us ASAP, with name, address and photos of damage, and we will get your issue resolved promptly.
Returns-
We expect returns within 30 days, as long as the item is in a resalable condition. For returns: postage & packaging falls to the customer and we expect the same care with packaging as the item in sent in.
