Product Description

2 x 500ml Black Carpet Dye with nitrile gloves
The finished result with this product depends on the condition of the carpet, the wool content and application. The higher the wool content the better the result as this product needs a porous material to adhere to ie: wool, fabric and rubber. It won't achieve it's best on plastic, so a carpet with a high nylon % will not dye as good as a wool carpet. If you suspect the carpet has been scotch guarded then we recommend washing the carpet first to remove it, as it will act as a barrier against the dye. The amount of dye needed will again depend on the wool content, depth of pile and size of car carpets. These rules also apply when Dying larger areas, eg a rug or room carpet. Application is better in 2 light applications, leaving 24 hours drying time in a well aired dry place, between applications. This product has a very good feedback as you will see on our feedback pages. If you are in doubt we suggest you try a  to test the carpets in a small area. If applied correctly, Once dry this will be permanent.
